Wonderful theme!!! Just what I was looking for. Like Blix, buttons, navigation, menus backgrounds, but different a little. Thank you!

I made a modification to this theme, which includes the following changes (among others):

    - Localization support with PO/MO files (German translation ready)
    - Link categories in sidebar
    - Comments (if allowed) on pages
    - Various spelling and visual modifications

Check it out here: The Glass People Theme (Planet Mod)

I tried to implement this theme on my blog but it makes my Spanish characters all funny looking… My site is bilingual in Spanish and English.
    What can I do?

Hi, I’m not sure what problem you are having since I can not see the sight with spanish text. However I have seen other people who use different languages and they turn out fine. You might also check Jasmin’s modification of my theme as it has better support for multiple languages.

Love this theme, we’re using it on an internal blog because it’s nice looking for documentation.

One problem is that the blog posts don’t seem to show the author, even though the index.php appears to specify this.

Any idea how to get author names to display with the blog posts?

    Roger,
I will look into this later tonight and hopefully post a reply for you!

i like the design. beautiful !

  • 16. Tyler  |  March 26th, 2006 at 1:02 pm

This theme is beautiful & elegant, I love the wider width design. I have one question, if I want a fixed width site instead of fluid, which elements should I change? The reason is because I have 2 banners on site header, 1 for site logo aligned left, and 1 for ad next to the logo aligned right, so the header layout is messed up when resize browser, the ad jumps all the way down under navigation buttons.

I have tried giving a in template index top, at bottom, then set the #overpage width in css, it solved the header problem but the side bar now appears broken.

Thanks again for this awesome theme!
