The Glass People Theme revealed

I have read many complaints about wordpress themes not being flexible. I have also noticed that many people (including myself) love the blix theme, which unfortunately is not a flexible theme. Thusly I have created my very own wordpress theme based on the blix theme. The Glass People theme is completely flexible. It is XHTML STRICT and CSS compliant. Take a look and download the theme: The Glass People theme

I think there is a problem with the theme. If we protect a post with password, the post is still visible from the archives view.

That is very interesting as I have not encountered it yet. Have you tried this with other themes? Are you still logged in (do you see login in the footer) when you look at the archives?

    I’m not logged in.
    Check my last post: http://mega.ist.utl.pt/~jcaf/
When i see it on the index I can’t see its content… but if i click on the January 2006 archives: http://mega.ist.utl.pt/~jcaf/?m=200601 the content is visible. I think this doesn’t happen with other themes, but I’m going to confirm that.

Ok, Sorry about that problem. It seems this is an original Blix problem which I did not know about, and since this theme is based on blix the problem presents itself within my theme. I also noticed that the style is messed up when asking for password. I will try to fix both of these issues soon. Thanks for letting me know!

Thanks for making a great theme. Your motivations for creating it are dead on, which is why I’m using it!
