Holly Batman, I’m a geek!

blog
So normally I do not remember my dreams from the night. However, each morning I wake up early to take my dog outside for a little walk. I usually will come back in and go back to bed. I love to sleep, and class doesn’t start until 2:30pm, so it works well. So from this time onwards I dream vividly, I think maybe it’s the medication I take, an anti-depressant, I always take it just before walking the dog, this way I do not forget. But, like I said earlier, I come back inside and fall asleep, then dream vividly, crazily, like mad-hatter. This morning I had a really vivid dream about web programing (in php), how geeky does that make me? I just can’t believe that this stuff has filtered through to my dreams. What next? Will I soon start to dream with falling text like “The Matrix”. Truely this morning, in my dream, I scarred myself.

Revision of poetry

blog
I am going through the process of revising my poetry for my poetry class. I must make two revisions of each poem, and I am coming into a difficult time. I usually can make a first revision of the poem and bring together something that I like much more than the original draft. However the second version of the poem is much harder to come about. I am asking that if any of you readers out the in the wild world web have any suggestions for revisions of my poetry, please leave comments on the page for that poem. Futher if any other poets out there have suggestions on things to make a second revision easier, please send those comments to me. I would really appreciate the feedback I could get from anyone. Thanks for reading my work, and remember if you are in Bloomington, Indiana. I have a poetry reading coming up soon, it will be held at Starbucks on Indiana Ave, December 8th (next thursday) at 7pm. Come out and support local poetry, and meet local poets and myself!!! See you there, and thanks in advance for the comments.

Also I would like to applogize to Internet Explorer users, as I did not find out about the nasty flaw with the navigation bar until today. It will take me a couple of days to fix this, sorry, as I have much school work to get done. It WILL be fixed though, please hang in there.
